In college, Josh consulted with an authentic farm-to-table restaurant, furthering his passion for local food that can be traced to his youth in Vermont. He then enjoyed various sales and marketing opportunities, but always wanted to commit to projects that aligned with his passions: great food, snowboarding, hiking, cliff jumping, adventuring, and making life more enjoyable for people every single day.
Ashley has a background in Environmental Science, and has held positions relating to water quality monitoring, fish population monitoring, native plant propagation, environmental restoration, and composting. Her research experiences introduced the idea of “systems thinking” in regards to food culture, inspiring her commitment to improving the sustainability of our food systems. She is also a Level 1 certified Ski Instructor which has instilled a passion for educating others.
